Maintenance of lawn mower
1. Maintenance of engine oil Before using the lawn mower, check the oil level to see if it is between the upper and lower scales of the oil scale. The new machine should be replaced after 5 hours of use. After 10 hours of use, the oil should be replaced again. Afterwards, the oil should be replaced regularly according to the instructions. The engine oil change should be carried out while the engine is in a hot state. Filling the engine oil should not be too much, otherwise the lawnmower will have large black smoke, insufficient power, excessive carbon deposits in the cylinder, small spark plug gaps, and overheating of the engine. The engine oil should not be too low, otherwise the mower will show a lot of noise in the engine gear, accelerated wear and damage of the piston ring, and even the phenomenon of pulling the cylinder, causing serious damage to the engine. 2. Maintenance of air filter Check the air filter for dirt before and after each use, and change it frequently. If it is too dirty, it will make the engine difficult to start, black smoke, and insufficient power. If the filter element is made of paper, you can remove the filter element and wipe off the dust attached to it; if the filter element is sponge, you can use gasoline to clean it, and add some lubricating oil to the filter element to keep the filter element moist. Helps attract dust. 3. Maintenance of the radiator The main function of the radiator is noise reduction and heat dissipation. When the lawn mower is working, the flying grass debris will attach to the radiator and affect its heat dissipation function. In severe cases, it will cause cylinder pulling and damage the engine. Therefore, it is used every time After the lawn mower, all debris on the radiator must be carefully removed.
